  4. BookMunger is a small application that reformats "etexts".  These files have unfortunate carriage returns, linefeeds, bad punctuation, double spaces after periods and other typesetting no-no's.  The BookMunger app will read these files in (actually, ANY file of the type'TEXT') strip out the nastyness and write out a new file of the type text.

  6. This program is freeware, copy it all you want.

  8. The source code to this program is also available online and is also freeware.  By this, I hope to encourage others to improve on the program and share the results.
